COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS AND OWNERSHIP
All content included on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, news, articles, software scripts and applets (collectively the “Content”), is the property of TX Black Car and Limo Services, and is protected by United States and International copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, or services obtained from the Site without the written permission of TX Black Car and Limo Services. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, or any exploitation, of the Site or any of the Content or software on the Site, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of TX Black Car and Limo Services and others.
Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of TX Black Car and Limo Services or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other Content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited. TX Black Car and Limo Services will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE BILLED IN US DOLLARS.
Thirty-six hours prior to your trip, TX Black Car and Limo Services will request a pre-authorization of your credit, debit or pre-paid account for the estimated total of your reservation confirmation, and an additional 25% of the total. A pre-authorization is a “hold” on funds from your bank account drawn by TX Black Car and Limo Services when we initially take your account and payment information but have not yet processed the final charge(s) for your trip. The pre-authorization guarantees that the provided account information has the available funds to pay for the services purchased from TX Black Car and Limo Services, and is removed when processing the final total. Your trip may be canceled if we are unable to request a pre-authorization from the provided payment information prior to your trip.
The final trip total is calculated after the vehicle returns to our facilities and will be reflected on your provided payment information within 48 to 72 business hours after the completion of the trip. If you do not receive a final receipt, please contact our Accounting department at (214) 764-3700 or email@example.com.
Please note that you may experience one of the following situations as a result of the pre-authorized charge on your payment information:
Your bank statement may temporarily reflect a “double-billing” or multiple payments to TX Black Car and Limo Services for the same charges.
While your bank does not decline payment to TX Black Car and Limo Services, your bank still may place a hold on certain funds in your bank account.
Although TX Black Car and Limo Services may decline your payment information, your statement may continue to show that a payment to TX Black Car and Limo Services is pending.
TX Black Car and Limo Services is not responsible for any services fees or charges you may incur when authorizing the provided payment information.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
TX Black Car and Limo Services may collect non-personally identifiable information regarding your visit to the Website. TX Black Car and Limo Services may utilize Tracking Technologies (described below) to collect this information and may change its data collection method from time to time in its sole discretion.
TX Black Car and Limo Services may also collect your Personal Information. By Personal Information, we mean information that can be used to identify a specific individual.

We work hard to implement and maintain security features that protect TX Black Car and Limo Services and our customers against the unauthorized access, alteration and destruction of information we by users inside and outside the company. We use high-level electronic commercial data security protection available, and we encrypt information at the individual data item level. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and will not be liable for security breaches.
If you have provided your Personal Information to use our travel services, our use of your information will include providing you with travel confirmations, updates and notifications, receipts, and managing your account, including processing bills, and communicating with you. We will use the methods of communication available based on the information you have provide (e.g., if you provide us with a cell phone number as the method of communication, we will use text messaging to notify you of updates and connect you to your service provider). If you create a profile with TX Black Car and Limo Services, we will use the information you provide to enable us to provide you with the more personalized experience and additional service features made possible based on the information you give us.
We may also use your Personal Information to notify you of special offers or services, if you have requested that we provide you with such information.
We may also use your Personal Information to identify you when you visit our Website, to improve the operation and usefulness of our Website, to enable us to improve our services and products, and comply with applicable laws and law enforcement. Customer has 10 days from the invoice date to dispute any item on the invoiced amount. After that time, any disputes over invoiced charges are deemed waived.
DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AND VEHICLE CLEANING
The customerwho paid for the reservation is responsible for the charges in case of damages made by the customer and/or cleaning charges incurred by TX Black Car and Limo Services.
Company will not be responsible for injuries due to physical altercations between passengers or due to intoxication.
Our Chauffeurs or drivers are not allowed to exceed the maximum seat capacity of passengers in vehicles. As this violates state law and is against our insurance guidelines, we do not allow passengers more than allowed capacity.
Every vehicle client hires may possibly have mileage restrictions
Point-to-point services in our limos may be available on weekend evenings based at our discretion
The company is not responsible for service delays due to reasons and situations not in our control. These may include but not limited to traffic congestion, road conditions, vehicle malfunctions and bad weather
ZERO TOLERANCE COMPLIANCE POLICY
Alcohol consumption by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited in the vehicle, and alcohol consumption by person’s age 21 or older is prohibited if persons under the age of 21 are present on vehicle. The company reserves the right to check the identification of any passenger on the vehicle at any time and for any purpose whatsoever. The company reserves the right to refuse service to persons that appear to be under the influence of drugs and or unable to care for one’s self, or are objectionable to another passenger. No person may use any illegal narcotics or controlled substances in the vehicle. In the event of underage alcohol consumption or illegal drug use, the service will be terminated immediately and without refund. Client shall be responsible and shall pay for all fines and penalties assessed by state and/or local authorities as a result of the violation of any law by the client.
Drug use in the vehicle is prohibited by law. All contraband and items considered weapons are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. The company reserves the right to inspect all belongings of minors for alcohol and contraband.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
Any fines that Company is charged due to the actions of the Client will be charged to the credit card of the Client on file. These include but are not limited to fines related to underage drinking, over capacity, jumping on top of the vehicle, and throwing trash/littering out of the vehicle. The client is also responsible and will be charged for any parking fees and toll fees incurred during the transporting of the Client.
